Subject: Filling up one post of निदेशक (Conservation), Group-'A' (Gazetted), 1. Post Name: निदेशक 2. Job Description: Application of Science in restoration/conservation of museum materials in general and of art objects (Inorganic and Organic) in particular in an Institution 3. Eligibility: Officers under the Central / State Governments / Universities / Statutory Organisations or Autonomous Organizations:- (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis; or (ii) with 5 years regular service in the posts in the scale of Rs. 10000-15200 (pre-revised) (6th CPCRevised Pay Band Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- PB-3) (7th CPCLevel-11 of Pay Matrix) or equivalent; and (b) Possessing a degree in Science and Chemistry as one of the subjects with 10 years' अनुभव of application of Science in restoration/conservation of museum materials in general and of art objects (Inorganic and Organic) in particular in an Institution. 4. Desirable:- Evidence of organizing program for museum personnel in techniques of conservation of various Art Objects (In-Organic and Organic) 5. Pay scale: Rs. 12000-375-16500 (pre-revised) (6th CPC-PB3, Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay of Rs. 7600) (7th CPCLevel-12 of Pay Matrix) by transfer on deputation (including short term contract/transfer in the National Museum, New Delhi under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on Deputation basis.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. The applications in duplicate in prescribed proforma and complete up to date ACR dossiers of the officer (last 5 years) who can be spared in the event of their selection along with
(i) vigilance clearance,
(ii) integrity certificate,
(iii) cadre clearance, and
(iv) major / minor penalty statement for the last 10 years should reach the undersigned through proper channel within a period of 60 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News.
2. Applications received after the due date or otherwise incomplete will not be considered and stand rejected. The applications/ CV not accompanied by supporting certificates/ documents in support of Qualification and अनुभव claimed by the candidates would not be processed for determining the eligibility of the candidates for the selection
