शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Asst. Manager (Accounts) Grade-II B: Candidates Should have B.Com Honours in Accountancy from a UGC-recognized university and a Diploma in Computer.

Accountant: Candidates Should have B.Com Honours from a UGC-recognized university and basic computer knowledge (with Tally).

Assistant Manager (Grade II-B): Candidates Should have Graduate in any discipline and basic computer knowledge.

Officer (Group-B) (Grade-B II): Candidates Should have B.Com Honours and basic computer knowledge.

Manager: Candidates Should have B.Com and basic computer knowledge (with Tally).

Scale-I Officer: Candidates Should have B.Com Honours with 55% marks and basic computer knowledge.

Manager (Accounts): Candidates Should have B.Com, Intermediate pass in CA/CMA/CS, and basic computer knowledge.

Deputy Manager: Candidates Should have MBA/MCA and basic computer knowledge in MS Office.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 45 Years.

Selection Procedure: The total marks of the examination will be 100, out of which 85 numbers for On-Line CBT and 15 numbers for Interview. [Descriptive Written Test (DWT) including Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for 50 marks will be qualifying in nature, applicable for posts mentioned under Serial Number 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08 in Table-A. NO DWT IS REQUIRED FOR THE POST MENTIONED UNDER SERIAL NUMBER 04 IN TABLE-A]

Application Fee:
1. Unreserved (UR) - Rs.650/-.
2. Scheduled Castes (SC) - Rs.250/-.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

Applicants will have to submit their applications on-line through Commission’s Website www.webcsc.org. Applicants must provide basic information as required in the application form and upload scanned copies of the following:-
(1) Recent coloured Passport-size Photograph (within 50 KB) [THE PHOTOGRAPH SHOULD BE A RECENT ONE AND CLEARLY VISIBLE. BLURRED PHOTOGRAPH MAY CALL FOR REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION].
(2) Signature (Within 50 KB),
(3) Left Thumb Impression (within 50 KB),
(4) Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination (10th standard) (within 2 MB),
(5) SC Certificate, (if applicable)(within 2 MB)
(6) Relevant Document showing Qualification, if asked for (in case there are multiple documents candidates must prepare single PDF/Image and then upload) (within 2 MB),
(7) Relevant Document showing अनुभव (within 2 MB) (in case there are multiple documents candidates must prepare single PDF/Image and then upload),
(8) Domicile Certificate (Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Voter Card/Passport/Driving License) (within 2 MB).

पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति अधिनियम, 1983, पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति नियम, 1987 के साथ, 1 अगस्त, 1987 से जीओ नंबर 3141-कॉप के आधार पर लागू हुआ। दिनांक 30/07/1987। उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 38 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार को एक सहकारी सेवा आयोग का गठन करने और "एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को नियुक्त करने का अधिकार दिया गया था जो कलकत्ता में उच्च न्यायालय का न्यायाधीश रहा हो या रहा हो। व्यक्ति जो राज्य सरकार के सचिव के पद से नीचे का पद धारण करता है या धारण करता है" तीन साल की अवधि के लिए अध्यक्ष, बशर्ते कि "राज्य सरकार अपने कार्यालय की अवधि को एक वर्ष से अधिक की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा सकती है" . धारा 38 को पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति नियम, 1987 के नियम 66 के माध्यम से पूरक किया गया था। लेकिन उक्त शासनादेश दिनांक 30/07/1987 के अनुसार, इस धारा को अगले आदेश तक निष्क्रिय रखा गया था।
