Applications are invited from Indian citizens, to be submitted ON-LINE through the website www.webcsc.org on and from 22/12/2021 after 4 P.M. onwards to 11:59 P.M. of 21/01/2022 for recruitment to the following posts in various Co-operative Institutions as described hereunder. An applicant shall apply for any one post code from the following Institutions (fulfilling all eligibility criteria) by submission of only one application form.

Selection Procedure

1. Stage-I: Candidates will have to appear in an On-line examination, which will consist of two papers: Paper-I: Will contain 150 nos. of MCQ type questions. Full marks: 150. Duration: 2 hrs. Names of the subjects of Paper -I (All candidates) are given hereunder in Table Paper-II: Will consist of MCQ type questions. Names of the subjects of Paper II (postcode wise) are given hereunder in Table

2. Duration: 1 hr. 30 minutes. Candidates will have to qualify in both the papers. Both papers will be held on the same day. Details of Syllabi of Paper I and Paper II will be available in the website later. Name of subjects in Paper- II for different post codes are given in table 4.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. In order to apply an applicant must provide one e-mail address and mobile no. for receiving communications from the Commission.

2. An Applicant must enter his/her personal, academic and technical (computer) details truly and correctly as required in the application form.

3. Applicants will be required to scan and upload their --(1) Passport-sized Photograph, (2) Signature, (3) Left Thumb Impression, (4) Admit Card /Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination (10 th standard), (5) Caste Certificate (if applicable) at the time of submission of application.

4. Applicants will have to apply for only one post code and they will be considered for that post code only. Be it noted that an applicant will not be considered for any vacancy in any Institution for which the candidate has not exercised option.

5. Applications will be deemed to have been successfully submitted only after successful payment of correct and exact amounts given below (Please see tables 2 and 3).

6. A Registration Number will be generated soon after entering all the data relating to personal details as asked for in the application form. Applicants are advised to note and preserve the Registration Number for all future communications, if any, with the Commission on any matter relating to the recruitment of posts advertised herein. The said Registration Number will also be sent to the e-mail address provided by the applicant.

7. (After successful payment a Transaction Id will generate which will also be sent to the said email address of the applicant. This transaction id will be treated as the proof of transaction made.

8. After successful submission of application, a soft version of filled-up application form along with Transaction id will generate. Applicants should save and get a print-out of the same.

9. If any applicant submits more than one application, only the application submitted last will be considered by the Commission and other application(s) will be treated as cancelled. No refund will, however, be made for the payment(s) against the cancelled application(s) under any circumstances

10. Submitted ON-LINE through the website www.webcsc.org on and from 22/12/2021 after 4 P.M. onwards to 11:59 P.M. of 21/01/2022 for recruitment to the following posts in various Co-operative Institutions as described hereunder. पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति अधिनियम, 1983, पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति नियम, 1987 के साथ, 1 अगस्त, 1987 से जीओ नंबर 3141-कॉप के आधार पर लागू हुआ। दिनांक 30/07/1987। उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 38 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार को एक सहकारी सेवा आयोग का गठन करने और "एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को नियुक्त करने का अधिकार दिया गया था जो कलकत्ता में उच्च न्यायालय का न्यायाधीश रहा हो या रहा हो। व्यक्ति जो राज्य सरकार के सचिव के पद से नीचे का पद धारण करता है या धारण करता है" तीन साल की अवधि के लिए अध्यक्ष, बशर्ते कि "राज्य सरकार अपने कार्यालय की अवधि को एक वर्ष से अधिक की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा सकती है" . धारा 38 को पश्चिम बंगाल सहकारी समिति नियम, 1987 के नियम 66 के माध्यम से पूरक किया गया था। लेकिन उक्त शासनादेश दिनांक 30/07/1987 के अनुसार, इस धारा को अगले आदेश तक निष्क्रिय रखा गया था।
