शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
1. Minimum of valid Second Class Masters Certificate under Kerala Inland Vessels Rules.
2. Minimum of one year post qualification अनुभव as Master in a Boat/Barge/Ship. Candidates with अनुभव in Inland Water Ways of Kochi will be given preference.
