शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
(A) Candidate should be a member of the institute of Company Secretaries of India and should hold a Degree in Law from a Recognized University.
(B) Other things such as अनुभव and past record being equal candidate having qualification of a Cost Accountant in addition to (A) above from a recognized Institute shall have advantage.
अनुभव: Minimum of 10 years of independent work अनुभव as a कंपनी सचिव in a listed company.

INR
131100/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 55 Years.

Selection Procedure: Through test and/or interview.
