Sub: Re-engagement of Retired State Government officials from Revenue/Forest Departments on contract basis in exigencies of services in projects where land acauisition is involved.

For filling up of 07 positions of सलाहकार (Land Acquisition) on re-engagement basis, applications are invited from अनुभवd and motivated retired State |Government officers, who have worked as Additional Tahsildar/ Tahsildar/ MRO/ VRO/ Surveyor/ Assistant Collector /Deputy Collector/LAO/Spl LAO, Asst. Conservator of Forest, Divisional Forest Officer/Ranger etc. in Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra State. with अनुभव in land acquisition/1land survey work would be given preference. The retired Government officials

1. Position: सलाहकार (Land Acquisition)

2. No of Post: 07

3. Duration: From the date of re-engagement and upto 21.02.2023

4. Terms of Appointment: Re-engagement of State Govt. retired officials.(Revenue/Forest Departments)

5. Scale of Pay:

A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible as remuneration during the contract period, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract, as per the policy of Railway Board.

6. Specific Requirements:

The retired state Govt. officials who have worked as Tahsildar/ Tahsildar/ MRO/VRO/Surveyor/ Additional Assistant Collector /Deputy Collector/LAO/Spl LAO, Asst. Conservator of Forest, Divisional Forest Officer/Ranger etc. and who has अनुभव in land acquisition, Land survey Work would be given preference.

7. Job Requirements:

To deal with land acquisition required for various projects authorities, forest & Government officials etc. To coordinate with concerned authorities for shifting and relocating of utilities falling in project alignment. To deal with R&R of PAPs in coordination with in coordination with state revenue SC Railways, NGOs, सलाहकारs in connection with various projects to be implemented by दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे.

दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे का गठन 2 अक्तूबर 1966 को हुआ था. दक्षिण रेलवे के हुबली और विजयवाडा मंडल तथा मध्य रेलवे के शोलापुर व सिकंदराबाद मंडलों को अलग किया गया और नये ज़ोन में मिलाया गया. बाद में दक्षिण रेलवे के गुंतकल मंडल को 02.10.1977 को दक्षिण रेलवे में मिलाया गया और शोलापुर को मध्य रेलवे में फिर से मिलाया गया. 17.02.1978 को सिकंदराबाद मंडल को दो मंडलों अर्थात् सिकंदराबाद और हैदराबाद के रूप में अलग किया गया. 01.04.2003 से लागू निम्नलिखित पुनर्गठित क्षेत्रों तथा मंडलों के साथ-साथ हुबली मंडल को नव निर्मित दक्षिण पश्चिम रेलवे में हुबली को मिलाकर गुंटूर और नांदेड मंडल बने.
