Technical Manager (Mechanical): BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Desirable: 1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO - 14064)

Technical Manager (Metallurgy): BE / B Tech in Metallurgy Engineering Desirable:1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO – 14064).

Technical Manager (Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation): BE / B Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Desirable: 1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO – 14064)

HR Manager: Graduation with MBA in Human Resource Management (Regular).

Technical Assistant to Director: Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mech. /Mett. /Elect.) Desirable skills: Advance techniques in computer application, good communication skills and skills in preparation of presentation (PPT), Technical assistance in preparing reports etc.

It was primarily based on these needs and also the demand from the industry, that the National Institute of Secondary Steel Technology was set up as a registered society on August 18, 1987 under the Chairman of Development Commissioner for Iron & Steel.
