शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
A. Masters' Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University/Institute; or M.Tech (with specialization in Computer Application or Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics or Communication) from a recognized University/ Institute; or B.E/B.Tech in Computer Application or Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics or Communication from a recognized University or Institute. And

B. Two years' अनुभव of electronic data processing work from Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes or PSUS or Autonomous or Statutory Organisations including programming in UNIX or WINDOWS, Networking, Network protocol, Network Management systems, latest Relational Data Base Management Systems, environment and development tools.
