शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
a. Essential qualification and अनुभव: B.Tech / BE / Master's in Economics or Statistics with at least two years' अनुभव in the steel / metal industry.
b. General Qualifications: Should have working knowledge of the Indian Steel Industry - Its structure and basics. Conversant with Government rules, regulations and practices. Analytical ability and communication skills. Ability to deal with and conversant with laws and practices of trade unions.
c. Preference will be given to those having: Statistical Knowledge. Managerial/Executive background.

120000-280000/- Per Month
आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 55 Years.

इस्पात उद्योग के लिए घरेलू और विदेशी स्रोतों से कच्चे माल की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता को सुविधाजनक बनाना।
इस्पात क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान एवं विकास को सुविधाजनक बनाना, बढ़ावा देना और लौह एवं इस्पात उत्पादन के प्रदर्शन मापदंडों की निगरानी करना।
इस्पात मंत्रालय के सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में विलय, अधिग्रहण और संयुक्त उद्यमों की निगरानी करना और सुविधा प्रदान करना।
इस्पात मंत्रालय के नागरिक चार्टर के सेवा निष्पादन मानकों के अनुसार त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया या ग्राहकों की समस्याओं के निवारण के माध्यम से ग्राहक / क्लाइंट संतुष्टि में वृद्धि करना।
