शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Bank Assistant and Cashier-II: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University in India with minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate. The Bank functions in a computerised environment and all of its branches are on a core banking platform. Hence, working knowledge of computers (including spreadsheets, word processing, emails, etc.) is essential and should preferably be supported by a certificate/Diploma in this regard.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Minimum Class VIII passed.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 30 Years.
Selection Procedure: The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of performance in the written test followed by interview for shortlisted candidates.
Application Fee: Application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) is to be paid online. In the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST/ OBC / PH, the application fee is Rs.210/- (Rupees two hundred and ten) only. Application fee is non-refundable and not transferable. मेघालय को-ऑपरेटिव एपेक्स बैंक लिमिटेड (MCAB) की स्थापना 1971 में तत्कालीन असम राज्य के विभाजन के बाद मेघालय राज्य के गठन के साथ हुई थी। तब से बैंक ने अपनी गतिविधियों / संचालन का विकास और विस्तार किया है और कई गुना वृद्धि हुई है। एमसीएबी ने केवल दो शाखाओं के साथ बैंकिंग परिचालन शुरू किया - एक शिलांग में और दूसरी तुरा में। आज, बैंक के पास 49 शाखाओं का एक विस्तृत नेटवर्क है, जो पूरे राज्य में आम जनता को प्रभावी बैंकिंग उत्पाद और अन्य संबंधित सेवाएं प्रदान करता है। एमसीएबी मेघालय में एक हाउसहोल्ड नाम है और मेघालय में बैंकिंग में अग्रणी के रूप में बैंकिंग ले गया है। राज्य के लोगों के दरवाजे तक और लोगों के बीच बैंकिंग आदतों का पोषण और विकास करने में सक्षम है। इसने लोगों की बचत की आदत को पारंपरिक तरीकों से आधुनिक बैंकिंग सुविधाओं में बदल दिया है ताकि बैंक में निवेश की गई उनकी बचत के लिए लाभकारी रिटर्न अर्जित किया जा सके और एमसीएबी द्वारा पेश किए गए विभिन्न आकर्षक और अभिनव बैंकिंग उत्पादों का उपयोग किया जा सके। बैंक ने 54000 से अधिक को ऋण राहत प्रदान की है। सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित 'कृषि और ग्रामीण ऋण राहत योजना' 1990 के तहत किसानों को 9.81 करोड़ रुपये की राशि। मेघालय के और उन्हें एमसीएबी से ऋण और अग्रिम प्राप्त करने के लिए ऋण मुक्त और पुन: योग्य बना दिया।
