Skills / Eligibility

We are inviting applications for a research associate with a Master’s in Public Policy, Rural Development, or related social sciences for the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship program areas under the purview of IIM Ranchi.

1. Position: Research and Documentation Associate

2. Qualifications:

a) Candidates with a Research and academic writing अनुभव.

b) Candidate with excellent proficiency in English language .

c) Candidates with advanced level MS Word usage.

d) Master’s degree in Public Policy/ Rural Development/ or social and economicrelated disciplines are preferred.

e) Candidates with 36 months or more of prior अनुभव working in the development sector with research अनुभव at the district/block level (in Jharkhand/Tamil Nadu) on skilling and entrepreneurship development will be preferred.

f) Candidates having worked with multiple stakeholders and have documentation अनुभव will be preferred.

g) Candidates who understand the scientific process, including being comfortable doing a literature review by reading and summarizing research papers will be given preference.

3. Project Tenure : The Appointment is for 18 months only (Purely on Contract & Based on the Project).

4. Location: The selected candidate will be working from the IIM Ranchi campus. If selected, the candidate is expected to manage their own accommodation, outside the IIM Ranchi campus.

5. Compensation: CTC 60000/ PM Month
