Number of Vacancy: 17 Posts (UR-13, SC-02, EWS-02)
शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Candidates Should have SSC / 10th Standard / SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI Certificate or National/State trade Certificate of DRAFTSMAN (Civil/Architecture) trade. or SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time अनुभव as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in DRAFTSMAN(Civil/Architecture) trade. or SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work अनुभव in the DRAFTSMAN (Civil/Architecture) trade in a Ministry/Department/Organization/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body under Government of India / State / UT.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 28 Years.
Selection Procedure: The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee, duly constituted for the purpose, shall be invited for a Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test shall be invited for a Competitive Written Examination. There will be three papers (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-Ill). Paper-II & Paper-III will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I. The Final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II & PaperIII. The related details for the Written Examination (consisting of three papers covering Mental Ability Test, General Awareness & English Language and Concerned Subject etc.)
Application Fee: The non-refundable fee for General/OBC/EWS/CSIR regular employee candidates is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). The fee is to be deposited online through State Bank of India “Collect” only. The transaction number generated after successful payment of fee is required to be mentioned in the online application.

वैज्ञानिक एवं औद्योगिक अनुसंधान परिषद भारत का सबसे बड़ा विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी पर अनुसंधान एवं विकास संबंधी संस्थान है। इसकी स्थापना १९४२ में हुई थी। इसकी ३९ प्रयोगशालाएं एवं ५० फील्ड स्टेशन भारत पर्यन्त फैले हुए हैं। इसमें १७,००० से अधिक कर्मचारी कार्यरत हैं। हालांकि इसकी वित्त प्रबंध भारत सरकार के विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय द्वारा होता है, फिर भी ये एक स्वायत्त संस्था है। इसका पंजीकरण भारतीय सोसायटी पंजीकरण धारा १८६० के अंतर्गत हुआ है।
वैज्ञानिक तथा औद्योगिक अनुसंधान परिषद राष्ट्रीय प्रयोगशालाओं/संस्थानों का एक बहुस्थानिक नेटवर्क है जिसका मैंडेट विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अनुप्रयुक्त अनुसंधान तथा उसके परिणामों के उपयोग पर बल देते हुए अनुसंधान एवं विकास परियोजनाएं प्रारंभ करना है। वतर्मान में ३९ अनुसंधान संस्थान हैं जिनमें पाँच क्षेत्रीय अनुसंधान प्रयोगशालाएं शामिल हैं। इनमें से कुछेक संस्थानों ने अपने अनुसंधान क्रियाकलापों को और गति प्रदान करने के लिए प्रायोगिक, सर्वेक्षण क्षेत्रीय केन्द्रों की भी स्थापना की है तथा वतर्मान में 16 प्रयोगशालाओं से सम्बद्ध ऐसे 39 केन्द्र कायर्रत हैं।
