शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired Staff

1. Position: सलाहकार at Supervisor level

2. No of Posts: 03

3. Eligibility Criteria:

i) Retired from service Govt. /PSU/SPMCIL (from S-1 too having functional knowledge and hands S-2 Level) अनुभव in Printing, departments on the Maintenance and Control of Security Printing Organization or Currency Printing Organization.

ii) in Retired with Pay Matrix Level-6 Scale-Rs.35400-112400/- ay Level-7 .to in Pay Scale- Rs.44900 142400/- as per 7th CPC.

4. Emoluments: Rs.40,000/- per month (All inclusive)

1. Position: सलाहकार at Workmen level

2. No of Posts: 12

3. Eligibility Criteria:

i) Retired from Govt. service (from W-1 to having functional knowledge and hands /PSU/SPMCIL W-6 Level) अनुभव Maintenance on in Printing, and Control departments the of Security Printing Organization or Currency Printing Organization.

ii) Retired with Pay Matrix Level-1 in Pay Level-6 Scale-Rs.18000-56900/- in Pay to Scale Rs.35400 112400/- as per 7" CPC.

4. Emoluments: Rs.30,000/- per month (All inclusive)

5. Advt.No. BNP/HR/07/2019-III

Selection Procedure

The candidates, fulfilling Eligibility Criteria and General Conditions after scrutiny of the applications will attend interview on 02. 05.2022 before the constituted committee. As per recommendation of the Committee and after of the Competent for engagement approval Authority, the selected individuals may be intimated fixed tenure basis on as सलाहकार at Supervisor /Workmen level.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Last date of Applications and to be addressed to Application in the specified format addressed to the Chief General Manager, Dewas alongwith relevant enclosures e.g. Copy of PPO Book etc., must reach by बैंक नोट मुद्रणालय, post or by hand to बैंक नोट मुद्रणालय, Dewas-455001, latest by 01.05.2022 Applications received after due date wil1l not be entertained (application format attached).

Important Instructions:

1. The candidate must fulfill the above eligibility criteria.

2. Age Criteria: Candidate should be less than 64 years as on the last date of receipt of the application.

3. Period of engagement: for the period up to 07.06.2022

4. The consultants shall observe normal working hours of the Unit and may be required to sit late and called on Sundays/ Holidays whenever necessary.

5. The selected candidate will not have claim any other Over other emoluments/benefits/compensations available to SPMCIL employees. for any out stations travel as per the requirement, with the prior approval of the competent authority, only the expenses towards traveling, lodging and boarding (as per SPMCIL Travel rules/policies) wil1 be borne by. However, SPMCIL.

6. The selected candidates will also have no right whatsoever to claim for regular employment in SPMCIL by virtue of being engaged through fixed term contract.

7. There shall be criminal case pending candidate should not have been compulsorily retired by the Govt./PSU/ SPMCIL. no against the candidate. The A self-declaration in this regard to be submitted by the candidate. (Attached self-declaration format)

8. The engagement may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason by giving a notice of 15 days.

9. The सलाहकारs will be discharged as and when alternative arrangements are made to attend to the work allotted to them.
