2. No. of the post &- reservation statuS (UR/SC/ST/OBC) 02 Posts (1-UR, 1-OBC) (As per the Council's letter No.Admn.7- 1/2020-R&P dated 8th February,2022, the DR vacancies ment for UR/OBC, candidates of any category (UR/OBC/SC/ST) shall be eligible for transfer through Inter Institutional transfer basis)

3.Pay Scale Level-6 (as per 7" CPC)

4. Eligibility Criteria:

a) Persons holding analogous post i.e. सहायक on substantive basis in the Level-6 of 7th CPC (Pre- revised PB 9300-34800+GP.4200/-) having completed minimum tenure of 3 years of regular service after initial appointment at ICAR Hqrs/Institute. OR

b) Upper Division Clerk in the Level-4 of 7th CPC| (Pre-revised PB 5200-20200+GP 2400/-) having| at least 10 years of regular service in the grade.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

a) A certificate to the effect that no disciplinary/vigilance case is pending or being contemplated against the candidate(s) along with integrity certificate may also be furnished while forwarding the application through proper channel. The application received without APAR/CR dossiers and vigilance disciplinary clearance and integrity certificate and without proper channel will not be entertained.

b) The Director, ICAR-VPKAS, Almora, however reserves the right to accept/reject the applications without assigning reason thereof. Applications duly forwarded through proper channel, addressed to the Director, ICAR-VPKAS, Almora - 263601 (Utarakhand) must reach by 05:00 PM, 31st March, 2022 at this Institute.
