Name of the Post: प्रधान अध्यापक 2. No. of Post: One (01) 3. वेतन & Allowances :- Pay scale as per the UGC, State Government & स्वामी रामानंद तीर्थ मराठवाड़ा विश्वविद्यालय Rules from time to time. 7 th Pay scale :- Academic Level – 13 A (131400-217100) 4. Tenure:- A College प्रधान अध्यापक shall be appointed for a period of five years, extendable for another term of five year on the basis of performance assessment by a committee appointed by the University ,constituted as per these Rules. 5. Educational Qualification: a. A Masters degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University. b. A Ph.D. Degree in concerned / allied /relevant discipline (S) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance. c. Professor / Associate professor with a total अनुभव of fifteen years of teaching /research/administration in Universities, College and other institution Of higher education. d. A minimum of 10 research publication in peer reviewed or UGC listed journals. e. A minimum of 110 research score as per Appendix ll , Table 2 of UGC regulations 2018. f. Academic Eligibility and other rules Regulations as per UGC Regulation 18 July 2018 and Govt. Resolution No Misc- 2018/C.R.56/UNI- 1Date 08 March 2019
