शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired Staff
State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Ahmedabad invites application from Retired Officers TEGS-VI and VII Grade for empanelment on contract Basis as Investigating Officersin Ahmedabad Circle. The eligible and interested candidates are requested to apply through hard copy.

1. Position: Investigating Officer (IO)
2. No of Post: 03
3. Eligibility Criteria:
a. The retired officer should have retired from the Bank’s service on attaining superannuation on or after 31.03.2019 as officer in the grades TEGS-VI to TEGS-VII.
b. The empanelment of an official will be terminated when he will attain 65 years of age. However, Bank reserve the right to terminate the services even before, at its discretion
c. The integrity of the official should not have been doubtful during his service in the bank.
d. No punishment / penalty should have been inflicted on the official during five years of his service in the Bank preceding his retirement.
e. No cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies should be pending against the official.
f. The officer/employee should have retired from the Bank’s service only on attaining superannuation at the age of 60 years. The officers voluntarily retired/ resigned/ suspended or left the Bank otherwise before superannuation are not eligible for consideration for engagement.
A) However, any officer, who has completed 58 years of age and 30 years of service/pensionable service (both the conditions need to be satisfied) as on the date of applying for voluntary retirement as per e-Circular Nos. CDO/P&HRD-PM/58/2015-16 dated 07.10.2015 & CDO/P&HRD-PM/12/2017 - 18 dated 05.05,2017, will be eligible for engagement/empanelment in the Bank on attaining the age of 60 years.
g. The official should have at least five years’ work अनुभव in High value Credit
h. Ex-officers who are engage in other Organizations are not eligible for empanelment.
i. The applicant should be maintaining good health and willing to travel to all the places in the country.
j. Pensioners presently drawing their pension from one circle but residing permanently/temporarily in the geographical area of another Circle may apply to the Circle presently they are residing in. The pensioners shall not be eligible for empanelment in a Circle if they are presently neither residing nor drawing their pension from that Circle.
4. Maximum number of days allotted for Investigation and submission of report and remuneration to be paid per investigation are as detailed below:TEGS-VI, TEGS-VII

स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (State bank of India / SBI) भारत का सबसे बड़ी एवं सबसे पुरानी bank)है। २ जून १८०६ को कलकत्ता में ‘बैंक ऑफ़ कलकत्ता’ की स्थापना हुई थी। तीन वर्षों के पश्चात इसको चार्टर मिला तथा इसका पुनर्गठन बैंक ऑफ़ बंगाल के रूप में २ जनवरी १८०९ को हुआ। यह अपने तरह का अनोखा बैंक था जो साझा स्टॉक पर ब्रिटिश इंडिया तथा बंगाल सरकार द्वारा चलाया जाता था। बैंक ऑफ़ बॉम्बे तथा बैंक ऑफ़ मद्रास की शुरुआत बाद में हुई। ये तीनों बैंक आधुनिक भारत के प्रमुख बैंक तब तक बने रहे जब तक कि इनका विलय इंपिरियल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया (हिन्दी अनुवाद – भारतीय शाही बैंक) में २७ जनवरी १९२१ को नहीं कर दिया गया। सन १९५१ में पहली पंचवर्षीय योजना की नींव डाली गई जिसमें गांवों के विकास पर जोर डाला गया था। इस समय तक इंपिरियल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया का कारोबार सिर्फ़ शहरों तक सीमित था। अतः ग्रामीण विकास के मद्देनजर एक ऐसे बैंक की कल्पना की गई जिसकी पहुंच गांवों तक हो तथा ग्रामीण जनता को जिसका लाभ हो सके। इसके फलस्वरूप १ जुलाई १९५५ को स्टेट बैंक आफ़ इंडिया की स्थापना की गई, जिसमे सरकार की हिस्सेदारी 61.58% हैं।[3] अपने स्थापना काल में स्टेट बैंक के कुल ४८० कार्यालय थे जिसमें शाखाएं, उप शाखाएं तथा तीन स्थानीय मुख्यालय शामिल थे, जो इम्पीरियल बैंकों के मुख्यालयों को बनाया गया था।
