भर्ती और मूल्यांकन केंद्र (आरएसी) के बारे में

भर्ती एवं मूल्यांेकन केन्द्रं रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन का एक अद्वितीय केन्द्र् है जिस की स्थातपना संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के दायरे से अलग होने की छूट मिलने के बाद 23 जुलाई 1985 को हुई। यह केन्द्रम लखनऊ रोड़ तिमारपुर, दिल्लीं में स्थित है।

भर्ती एवं मूल्यांतकन केन्द्रे ने विभिन्नस भर्ती कार्यक्रमों के तहत रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास की विभिन्नज प्रयोगशालाओं के लिए विज्ञान एवं इंजीनियरिेग की विविध शाखाओं में प्रतिवर्ष लगभग 1000 वैज्ञानिकों का प्रवेश सुनिश्च्ति करता है ।1400 से अधिक वैज्ञानिकों का उच्च तर पदो पर पदौन्नाति हेतु मूलयांकन बेर्डों के माध्यएम से मूल्यां्कन किया जाता है, इसके अतिरिक्ता 150 अधिक वरिष्ठर (वैज्ञानिक 'एफ' एवं 'जी') का भी केअगले उच्चर पदों पर पदोन्निति हेतु पीयर रिव्यू, कमेटी के माध्य्म से मूल्यांरकन किया है।

भर्ती एवं मूल्यांतकन केन्द्रे के प्रमुख कार्य निम्नम प्रकार है-
1) रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन के लिए वैज्ञानिक की भर्ती (प्रथम श्रेणी/ समूह 'क' राजपतत्रित पद)
2) वैज्ञानिकों का अगले पद पर पदोन्ननति के लिए मूल्यांीकन
3) रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन की अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण योजना (R&T) के तहत उच्चकतर शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों (एम.ई/एम.टेक/एम.एस.सी.इंजी) में प्रवेश हेतु वैज्ञानिकों का तथा थल सेना, नौसेना तथा वायूसेना की स्ना(नकोत्तईर प्रशिक्षण योजना के तहत सशस्त्रा सेना के अधिकारियों का चयन
4) सचिव, रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास विभाग एवं चेयरमैन डीआरडीओ द्वारा सौंपे जाने वाले अन्य विश्ष्टि कार्य
