It is proposed to fill up one (01) vacant post of Professor-cum-Principal in Pay Level- 13 (Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900/-) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700] in pre-revised scale of pay) in Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi by Composite method (on deputation (including short-term contract) plus Promotion) basis from the officers of Central or State Government or Union Territories or staturoty or Autonomous Organisations or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Research Institutions:-

1. Name of the Post: Professor-cum-Principal

2. No of Post: 01

3. वेतन: Pay Level- 13 (Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900/-) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700] in pre-revised scale of pay)

4. Qualification:

(A) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/ Department; or

(ii) with five years' service rendered after appointnent thereto on regular basis in Level-12 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department And

(B) Possessing the following educational qualifications and अनुभव:

(i) Masters Degree in Nursing from a recognized University;

(ii) Registered as a Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council; And

(iii) Fifteen years अनुभव with M.Sc. (Nursing) out of which twelve years should be teaching अनुभव with Minimum of five years in Collegiate Programme;

(iv) Three years अनुभव in administration in Nursing in State or Union Territories or Central Government.

5. Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in Nursing

Selection will be Based on Composite method (on deputation (including short-term contract) plus Promotion) Basis.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. It is requested to forward the applications of interested and eligible officers in the enclosed proforma through proper channel so as to reach the undersigned within 60 days from the date of publication of this circular in the Employment News. While forwarding the applications, it may please be ensured that the particulars of the candidates are duly verified. The application must be forwarded alongwith the following documents:

(i) Original/ attested photocopies of the APARs for the last 5 years

(ii) Vigilance Clearance Certificate

(iii) Integrity Certificate

(iv) No Major/ Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years

2. Application received without aforesaid documents, prescribed proforma of application or after prescribed date, shall be summarily rejected.
