शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Ed, Any Post Graduate, M.Ed

Punjab Waqf Board seeks applications from eligible candidates for the post of प्रधान अध्यापक in Islamia Sr. Sec. School, Malerkotla, Islamia Girls Sr. Sec. School, Malerkotla (Female only) and Baba Farid Islamia Public High School, Patiala, running under the direct management of the Board.

1. Post name : प्रधान अध्यापक

2. Essential Qualifications : Academic:- Post Graduation from any Recognized University with 55% marks. Punjabi in Matriculation or its equivalent standard is essential. Professional:- B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent Qualification from any Recognized University.

3. अनुभव:- Teaching अनुभव for a minimum period of seven years as Headmaster/Headmistress or ten years अनुभव as Lecturer in any Government School or Government Aided School of State of Punjab. Preference will be given to candidate having knowledge of Diniyat & Urdu.

4. वेतन : A fixed वेतन of Rs. 40,000/- P.M. will be paid during probation for प्रधान अध्यापकs of Islamia Sr. Sec. School, Malerkotla & Islamia Girls Sr. Sec. School, Malerkotla. The fixed वेतन for प्रधान अध्यापक of Baba Farid Islamia Public High School will be Rs. 25,000/- P.M. On the successful completion of probation, appointee shall be paid with 5% annual increment. No other perks will be paid. Probation period shall be of 2 years from the date of joining

Selection Procedure

1. Candidate shall be selected solely based on their suitability as assessed through scheduled interview, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria fixed by the Punjab Waqf Board

2. The short listing will be based on the criteria fixed by P.S.E.B. & Punjab Waqf Board. However if number of applications received is high, the board will further short list the candidates and the short listed candidates will be called for interview in 1:5 ratio.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for interview etc

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. All requisite documents to prove claim of education, marks and अनुभव must be sent, along with application form (available on website waqf.punjab.gov.in) and self-certified copy of documents, through registered post to Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Waqf board, SCO 1062/63 Sector 22B Chandigarh. 2. Application received till 5pm of the 8 th April, 2022 shall only be considered.

जैसा कि "वक्फ अधिनियम- 1995 के रूप में 2013 में संशोधित" की धारा 3 (आर) के तहत परिभाषित किया गया है, वक्फ का अर्थ मुस्लिम कानून द्वारा धार्मिक, धार्मिक या धर्मार्थ के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए किसी भी चल या अचल संपत्ति के किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा स्थायी समर्पण है। और इसमें शामिल हैं:-
1. उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा वक्फ लेकिन ऐसा वक्फ केवल इस कारण से वक्फ नहीं रहेगा कि ऐसे सेसर की अवधि के बावजूद उपयोगकर्ता समाप्त हो गया है;
2. एक शामलत पट्टी, शामलत देह, जुमला मलक्कान या किसी अन्य नाम से राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज किया गया;
3. मुस्लिम कानून द्वारा पवित्र, धार्मिक या धर्मार्थ के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए मशरत-उल-खिदमत सहित "अनुदान"; तथा
4. एक वक्फ-अल-औलाद जिस हद तक मुस्लिम कानून द्वारा पवित्र, धार्मिक या धर्मार्थ के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए संपत्ति समर्पित है, बशर्ते जब उत्तराधिकार की रेखा विफल हो जाती है, तो वक्फ की आय शिक्षा के लिए खर्च की जाएगी, विकास, कल्याण और इस तरह के अन्य उद्देश्यों के रूप में मुस्लिम कानून द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है, और "वक्फ" का अर्थ है ऐसा समर्पण करने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति
