Director: A Graduate preferably a Post Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Humanities. Should have about 10 -15 years अनुभव in Finance and Administration in Central Government, fully conversant with Finance Planning and Management, Budgeting, Audit and Accounts, Administration and Establishment Matters.

Deputy Director: A Degree in Civil Engineering Preferably a Post Graduate or Equivalent Degree.

Assistant Director: A Degree in Civil Engineering Preferably a Post Graduate or Equivalent Degree.
