शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Must have retired from Central Government/ Statutory/Autonomous bodies/PSUs at the level of Senior Accounts Officer in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent or Senior Accountant who have retired in the Grade pay of Rs.5400/- with five years service in that grade.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 65 Years.
