राष्ट्रीय उत्पादकता परिषद (NPC) is an autonomous body under DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce &Industry, GoI and promotes productivity consciousness in the country for sustainable socio-economic development by productivity promotion and dissemination through consultancy, research, and training activities in different sectors of economy

NPC, Head Quarter (HQ), New Delhi is inviting applications from eligible person(s) for various functional roles, as detailed below, purely on contractual basis.

1. Post Name : Senior Consultant

2. Eligibility Criteria : अनुभव of working in Manpower Planning, Time Study, Method Study, Work Sampling, Analytical Estimation, Restructuring, Performance Management, Incentive Scheme etc.; preference will be given to those candidates having अनुभव in Steel and Allied Sector

3. Qualification: Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

4. Desirable Qualification : Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering / MBA(HRM)

5. Type of Engagement: Pure Contract Basis

6. No. of Persons required: 02 (Two)

7. Place of Deployment: Kolkata/ Bokaro/ Bhilai/Or in any other location across the country.

8. Contract Period: Initially for 10 months which may be extended to 12 months depending on requirement.

9. Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- per month

8. Contract Period: Initially for 10 months which may be extended to 12 months depending on requirement

9. Remuneration: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 37,000/- per month depending on the अनुभव

रा.उ.प. अपने ग्राहक संगठनों के साथ मिलकर कार्य करती है जिससे उनकी उत्पादकता में वृद्धि हो सके, प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता बढ़े, लाभांश में वृद्धि हो, सुरक्षा तथा विश्वसनीयता कायम की जा सके और बेहतर गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जा सके । ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि के लिए यह आंतरिक तथा बाह्य दोनों प्रकार केे विश्वसनीय डेटाबेस उपलब्ध कराती है ताकि वे सही निर्णय ले सकें, उनकी पद्धति और प्रक्रिया परिष्कृत हो, और कार्य संस्कृति में सुधार आये । समस्या पर निर्भर परिषद विशिष्ट रूप से अथवा समग्र रूप से कार्य करती है । परिषद जुगतों को चिन्हित कर उनके कार्यान्वयन तथा पुनरीक्षण का कार्य करती है । विकासीय एवं उत्प्रेरक होने के कारण रा.उ.प. की सेवाएं आर्थिक विकास तथा जीवन की गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित करती है । परिषद का प्रयास अपने हितधारकों के समग्र्र विकास के लिए आर्थिक पर्यावरण तथा सामाजिक मूल्यों को सुुधारते हुए समग्र रूप से उत्पादकता को प्रोत्साहित करती है ।
