शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Scientist-VI: Ph.D./equivalent degree in Engineering/postgraduate or equivalent, with original high quality research work as evidenced by publications in related fields in reputed journals & patents and with 12 years of Post-qualification अनुभव in related fields.

Scientist-V: 1st Class M.Sc or equivalent with at least eleven years research अनुभव or Ph.D. with at least eight years research अनुभव in the relevant subject.

Technician-I: Matriculation with Science plus two years Full Time Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and 2 years relevant अनुभव after MLT; Or B.Sc. Or Three years Diploma in Engineering Technology Or Matriculation with ITI Certificate in respective trade with 4 years of relevant अनुभव.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board or University The selection would be made on the basis of written/practical examination, as per guidelines prescribed by DoPT. The syllabus and modalities of exam will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.

Administrative Officer: Graduate preferably with P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management, from an Institute/ University of repute, with at least 3/2 years अनुभव in the Pay Level 7/8 or equivalent respectively, in the areas of administration, and establishment work in a Govt. Office or a Public body or an organisation of repute. Persons having अनुभव of work in an R&D Organizations/ Teaching Institute will be given preference. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications/ Management Information Systems.

Finance Officer: Graduate preferably with SAS/CA/ICWA/M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with atleast 3/2 years अनुभव in the Pay Level 7/8 or equivalent respectively, in the areas of Budget and accounts in a Govt. Office or a Public body or an organisation of repute. Persons having अनुभव of work in an R&D Organizations/ Teaching Institute will be given preference. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications/ Management Information Systems.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
18000-216600/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 55 Years.

राष्ट्रीय पादप जीनोम अनुसंधान संस्थान (पहले राष्ट्रीय पादप जीनोम अनुसंधान केंद्र) भारत सरकार के जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग की एक स्वायत्त संस्थान है| संस्थान को भारत की स्वतंत्रता की 50 वीं वर्षगांठ और प्रोफ़ेसर (डॉ0) जे.सी. बोस के जन्म दिवस पर स्थापित किया गया था| इसकी औपचारिक घोषणा 30 नवंबर 1997 को की गयी थी | इस संस्थान की सहायता से भारत पादप आनुवंशिकी (प्लांट जेनोमिक्स) के क्षेत्र में प्रमुख योगदानकर्ताओं में से एक बन गया है| यह आशा की जाती है कि आगामी वर्षों में, एन आई पी जी आर के चल रहे प्रयास भारत को अनुप्रुक्त आनुवंशिकी और फसल आनुवंशिकी के ज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के कार्यात्मक, संरचनात्मक, विकासवादी और वनस्पति के क्षेत्र में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संसाधन संस्थान के रूप में उभर कर आने के अवसर प्रदान करेगा|

आनुवंशिकी अनुसंधान (जेनोमिक्स रिसर्च) प्राकृतिक विज्ञान की विभिन्न शाखाओं को आपस में जोड़ता है, जिसके फलस्वरूप पिछेले दो दशको में इनमे लघुगणकीय वृद्धि देखी गई है| सभी जीव विज्ञान अनुसंधान में जेनोमिक्स का उपयोग किया जाने लगा है, फलस्वरूप खाद्यान की फसलो के उत्पादन के नये तरीको द्वारा सब्जियों, फलो, खाद्य रेशो, पेय पदार्थो, प्राकृतिक औषधियों और औद्योगिक कच्चे पदार्थो का किफायती उत्पादन बढ़ रहा है| दुनिया आज भूख और कुपोषण को मिटाने के लिए प्रचुर मात्रा में फसल उत्पादन कर स्वस्थ जीवन की घोषणा करती है| वहीँ एन आई पी जी आर का उद्देश्य आनुवंशिकी अनुसंधान की वर्तमान स्थिति से उत्पन्न आशा को पूर्ण करने में सहयोग प्रदान करना है|
