General Manager: Ph.D./ 2-year full time Post Graduation degree/Diploma in Mass Communications/ Film Studies/ Mass Media/ Journalism/ Film Archiving.
Deputy General Manager: Ph.D./ 2-year full time Post Graduation degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Film Studies/ Mass Media/ Event Management.
Manager: Graduation degree in any stream from recognized institutions.
Deputy Manager: Graduation degree in any stream from recognized institutions.
Assistant Manager: Graduation degree in any stream from recognized institutions.
Junior Officer: Graduation degree in any stream from recognized institutions.
Assistant: Graduation degree in any stream from recognized institutions.
