शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
वैज्ञानिक-बी (Group A): BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university with at least 60%marks in the qualifying degree level or Master's Degree in Hydrology/Water Resources/Coastal Engineering from a recognised university with at least 60%marks in the qualifying degree level. Desirable: PhD with research अनुभव in the field of hydrological modelling/ submarine groundwater discharge/coastal dynamics as evidenced through publications in peer-reviewed journals.
वैज्ञानिक-बी (Group B): Master's Degree in Geology/Earth Sciences or equivalent from a recognised university with at least 60%marks in the qualifying degree level. Desirable: PhD in Geology with specialisation in structural geology and research अनुभव in landslide mapping/hazard assessment as evidenced through publications in peer reviewed journals.
