शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Deputy Director (Programme, Coordination & Research):
i) Post Graduate Degree in Humanities, Science or Education from a recognized University/Institution.
ii) Minimum 5 years अनुभव of working with children and research अनुभव from a recognised Institution in the field of child psychology or enhancement of creativity amongst children, supported by documents/list of publications.
iii) Good knowledge of English and Hindi.

Assistant Director (Science):
i) M.Sc from a recognized University with minimum 08 years अनुभव of working with children in a reputed Institution.
ii) Good knowledge of English and Hindi.
iii) Scientific temper and ability to exploit in expensive resources for conducting various science activities/Programmes. Sensitivity to environmental issues.

Officer-In-Charge (Photography):
i) Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
iii) Minimum 8 years of अनुभव in the relevant area, including अनुभव of working with children/teachers.
Must be able to handle all types of modern appliances/apparatus, equipments / instruments relevant to the job requirement.
iv) Good knowledge of English and Hindi.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
34800-39100/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 56 Years.
