The undersigned is directed to say that One (01) vacancy of Stenographer Grade-I in the Pay Level-6 (Non-Gazetted) (Ministerial) (Rs.35400-112400) in the Directorate of Extension, कृषि मंत्रालय& Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, New Delhi, is required to be filled up by deputation basis (including short-term Contract)

1. Position: Stenographer Grade-l

2. No of Post: 01

3. Qualification: Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract: Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognized Research Institute or Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations

a) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or

b) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department; or

c) With ten years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department.

4. Pay Level: Pay Level-6 (Non-Gazetted) (Ministerial) (Rs.35400-112400)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. 2. While forwarding the applications, it may also please be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct and that no vigilance proceedings are pending or being contemplated against the officer. The integrity of the Officials may also be certified. It may also please be made clear that in the event of selection, the candidate will not be allowed to withdraw his/her candidature and will be relieved immediately. Incomplete applications or application received without up-to-date ACRs/APARs dossier will not be considered.
