शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Personal Assistant (Stenographer):
(i) Passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent: and
(ii) Possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi Stenography.
Assistant Editor: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent; Seven years practice as an Advocate in a High Court.
Accountant: holding analogous post of regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
The applications in the enclosed proforma (Annexure) from eligible and suitable Officials may be forwarded to this Department along with their up-to-date APAR of last five years, vigilance clearance and integrity certificate etc., so as to reach the undersigned within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement for aforesaid vacancies in the Employment News.
