शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Chief Manager Security: Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University/Deemed University.
अनुभव: अनुभव as an officer in Armed Forces or Police Department or as a Security Officer in a large Organization.

Senior Officer Security: Full-Time degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE.
अनुभव: Post qualification relevant work अनुभव of 01 year in cost estimation and site work supervision, formulation of technical specification for construction / repair works in respect of industrial workshops/ buildings/ marine structures viz. wharves, jetties, basins, dry docks etc. Exposure to design of civil structures would be an added advantage.

Senior Engineer Civil: Full-Time degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE.

अनुभव: Candidate should have relevant post qualification work अनुभव of 01 year in preparation of SLD & Load Calculation/ Formulation of Technical specification/ Estimation/ Supervision during execution. अनुभव in Commercial functions, Contract negotiations and Materials procurement would be an added advantage.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
35400-214100/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 46 Years.

Selection Procedure:

माझगाव डॉक शिपबिल्डर्स लिमिटेड, मुंबई, एक आईएसओ 9000 : 2008 कंपनी है जो भारत में एक अग्रणी जहाज निर्माण एवं प्रतितट संरचना यार्ड है । यार्ड की स्थापना 18वीं शताब्दी में की गई थी और विषम दो सौ घटनावूर्ण वर्षो के बाद गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्यो के लिए प्रसिद्धि अर्जित किया है और नौवहन विश्व के लिए सामान्य कुशल एवं संसाधनपूर्ण सेवा की परम्परा स्थापित किया है तथा भारतीय नौसेना, तट रक्षक एवं तेल एवं प्राकृतिक गैस आयोग के लिए विशेष कार्य किया है । अपने इतिहास में, माडॉलि विभिन्न स्वामियों जैसे पी एंड ओ लाईन्स और ब्रिटिश इंडिया स्टीम नेवीगेशन कम्पनी से गुजरते हुए 1934 में वह पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पनी के रुप में समाहित की गई ।
1960 में सरकार द्वारा इसका अधिग्रहण करने के पश्चात माझगांव डॉक तेजी से बढ़ते हुए भारत में युद्धपोत निर्माण,परिस्कृत युद्धपोत भारतीय नौसेना, तथा ओएनजीसी के लिए प्रतितट संरचना का उत्पादन करते हुए मुख्य युद्धपोत निर्माण यार्ड बना । यह एक छोटी ईकाई से, छोटी पोत मरम्मत कम्पनी बनी, उत्पादन में महत्वपूर्ण बढ़ोतरी के साथ, आधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग करते हुए परिष्कृत उत्पादों से एक बहु ईकाई और बहु उत्पाद कम्पनी बनी । कम्पनी के वर्तमान पोर्टफोलियों का रुपांकन विस्तार देशी तथा विदेशी दोनों ग्राहकों के लिए विस्तृत उत्पाद प्रस्तुत करता है ।
