शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): possessing three years' अनुभव in civil work or equivalent, planning, execution, implementation and monitoring of construction activities in the Central Government or Stale Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body.
