शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institutes.

अनुभव (अनुभव): Minimum 15 years of post-qualification अनुभव; recently Retired Civil engineers in the rank of Executive Engineer and above from PWD /Irrigation Department or similar institutions are highly preferred.
