शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Assistant Scientific Officer (Chemistry and Toxicology): Master Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Pharmacology / Forensic Science.

Assistant Scientific Officer (Documents): Master Degree in Physics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Forensic Science.

Assistant Scientific Officer (Crime Scene): Master Degree in Forensic Science.

Assistant Superintendent Jail: Graduation from a recognized University.

Computer Assistant: Graduation with one year Diploma in Computer Software Applications OR B.Sc IT / BCA OR three years Diploma in Computer Application / Software Application.

Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 with Science having Maths or Biology as one of the subjects from any recognized Board of School Education.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
15900-113500/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 40 Years.

Selection Procedure: please refer to official notification.

Application Fee:
For Posts involving two stage examination - SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS and PwBD category: Rs. 600/-(Rupees Six Hundred only)
For all Other Candidates: Rs 700/-
For Posts involving single stage examination - SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS and PwBD category: Rs 500/-
For all Other Candidates: Rs 600/-.

Pursuant to Section 15 of J&K Civil Services Decentralisation and Recruitment Act 2010, the Rules have been made/notified under SRO 375 of 2010 dated 21-10-2010. The Chairman, Members and Secretary of the Board are deputed/nominated by the government from amongst the in-service IAS/KAS Officers or the persons of high repute in the field of education as per rules, the selection/ recruitment to the following Non-Gazetted categories of posts falls within ambit of Services Selection Board:-
