शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Consultant (Bihar Project): Post Graduation in any subject from any recognized University. Candidates with BA LLB. from any recognized University would be given preference.
Project Manager (Conservation): Post Graduation in Fine arts/Conservation/Chemistry/Heritage Management from any recognized University.
Project Manager (Special Project Cell): Post Graduate in Art History/ Architecture/ Heritage Management/ Mass Communication & allied field from a recognized University.
Consultant (Project Monitoring & Implementation): MBA in Management or equivalent with 55% or more marks from a recognized University.
Project Coordinator: Post Graduate in Art/Chemistry/Heritage Management/Conservation from a recognized University.
Conservation Scientist: Master's degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry from a recognized University.

इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र (इ.गाँ.रा.क.के.) की स्थापना 1987 में संस्कृति मंत्रालय के अधीन कला के क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान, शैक्षिक उद्यम तथा प्रचार-प्रसार करने वाली एक स्वायत्त संस्था के रूप में की गई थी। कला में शामिल हैं पुरातत्व और नृविज्ञान से लेकर दृश्य और प्रदर्शन कला तक, उन्हें एक पूरक और सीमा-रेखा में न घेरने वाली दृष्टि सहित – विषयों की एक विस्तृत शृंखला। इ.गाँ.रा.क.के. ने अपनी कार्य-पद्धति द्वारा तत्संबंधी जनादेश को पूरा किया है और उसके द्वारा इस दिशा में कार्य जारी है।
इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र की छह कार्यात्मक इकाइयाँ हैं – कलानिधि, बहु-विध पुस्तकालय; कलाकोश , जो मुख्य रूप से भारतीय भाषाओं में अध्ययन और मौलिक ग्रंथों के प्रकाशन के लिए समर्पित है; जनपद-सम्पदा, जीवन-शैली अध्ययन में संलग्न; कलादर्शन, कार्यकारी इकाई जो इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र से व्युत्पन्न शोध और अध्ययनों को प्रदर्शनियों के माध्यम से दृश्य रूपों में परिवर्तित करती है; सांस्कृतिक सांयन्त्रिक संचार प्रयोगशाला, जो सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण और प्रचार के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी उपकरणों का उपयोग करती है, तथा सूत्रधार , प्रशासनिक खंड जो सभी गतिविधियों के समर्थन और समन्वयन के मामले में मेरुदंड की भाँति कार्य करता है।
