शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc (Engg.) or equivalent post graduate degree in Digital Electronics / VLSI / Embedded systems / VLSI and Embedded systems or equivalent.

Research Associate-I (RA-I): Ph.D or equivalent in Microwave / RF / Radar with specialisation in Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA). OR M.E / M. Tech in Microwave / RF / Radar with minimum of 3 years Research अनुभव in SSPA design and development with atleast one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
37000-58000/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 28 Years.

Selection Procedure: The qualification prescribed against each of the respective positions of JRFs and RA-Is is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible to be called for Interview. There will be an initial screening based on the academic performance and other parameters given in the on-line applications and only those who screened-in, will be called for Interview. The call letters for the Interview to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail. The result of the interview will be announced in the ISRO website subsequently.
