शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Sc./M.Tech in Atmospheric Science/Meteorology/Climate Science/ Geophysics/ Hydrometeorology/Computer Engineering/Physics or any disciplines related to Environmental Science from a recognized University/Institution with minimum first class (60% marks or equivalent CGPA). Applicants should also have qualified one of the following: CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test, including NET-Lectureship and/or GATE/JAM/ or equivalent.

अनुभव (अनुभव): Prior research अनुभव in WRF modelling (WRF) and data assimilation is desired. Familiarity with the analysis of data sets from climate models would be a big plus. Knowledge of appropriate programming languages such as FORTRAN, NCL, Python, R, and shell scripting
