शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Professor: Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate area with a very good academic record and a minimum of ten years of Teaching/Industry/Research अनुभव of which at least four years should be at the level of Associate Professor at IIMs or other peer institutes in India/ abroad. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization in terms of strong record of publications in reputed journals and refereed conferences, course development and/or other recognized relevant professional activities.

Associate Professor: Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate area with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six years of Teaching/Industry/Research अनुभव, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor at IIMs or other peer institutes in India/ abroad. The candidate should have demonstrated adequate अनुभव of independent research in terms of publications in reputed journals and refereed conferences, course development and/ or other recognized relevant professional activities.

Assistant Professor Grade I: Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate area with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years of industrial/research/teaching अनुभव as on the date of application excluding the अनुभव gained while pursuing Ph.D. Candidate should have demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals and refereed conferences.

Assistant Professor Grade II: Eligible candidates with less than the requisite अनुभव may be considered for contractual Assistant Professor Grade II positions with appropriate pay as per GoI rules. Candidates taken as Assistant Professor Grade II may be considered for a regular position of Assistant Professor Grade I after fulfilling necessary अनुभव and subject to satisfactory performance as per Institute policy and GoI rules.
