शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Chief Program Executive: Master’s degree in finance, commerce, economics or related field. CA, CS, CMA with relevant अनुभव can also apply.

Senior Consultant/ Senior Research Associate: Master in Business Administration / Economics / Commerce / Sustainability / Environment / CSR / Law / other relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks.

Research Associate: Bachelor of Law (LLB)/ Master of Business Management / Post-graduate degree in Social Sciences/LLM/ other relevant field.

अनुभव (अनुभव):
Chief Program Executive: Minimum 5-year अनुभव (academic and/or practice) in the area of finance with a think tank, academic institution, consultancy or advisory body. Proven track record of research/publications on the subject in reputed journals or publications.

Senior Consultant/ Senior Research Associate: Minimum two years’ work अनुभव with Academic Institution, Corporate, Think Tank, International Organization in the areas of Sustainability / Responsible Business.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): As per company rule.

The IICA Society is headed by the Hon’ble Minister of Corporate Affairs, who is the Ex- officio President of the IICA Society. A Board of Governors with 16 Members has been constituted comprising government officials, eminent corporate leaders, professionals, heads of prestigious national institutions and experts from different fields. The Board of Governors is chaired, ex-officio, by the Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
