भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (आईबीएम) द्वारा 3 विधि अधिकारी पदों के लिए भर्ती - हिंदी रोज़गार

Subject :- Engagement of विधि अधिकारीs in भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (आईबीएम) regarding भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (आईबीएम), a Subordinate Office of Ministry of Mines requires the services of 03 विधि अधिकारीs initially for a period of two years. The terms Of reference and details of remuneration is enclosed.

3. Eligible Criteria: 

a) Applicant should ha e Full time bachelor's degree in law (LLB) with minimum 50% marks from Government recognized Institute / University. OR 05 years integrated LLB degree with minimum 50% marks from Government recognized Institute / University or equivalent CGPA as per University Norms

b) Applicant must have registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of India in terms of Advocate's Act, 1961.

c) Applicant should have a practicing advocate with minimum 3 years' अनुभव in any Court of Law in India or having working अनुभव minimum of 3 years as a legal professional with any PSU / Govt. department or with a large private organisation post minimum qualification.

d) Applicant should be fully conversant with practice and procedure in all Civil Matters before Court including Arbitration, Labour Laws, Company Law and अनुभव in drafting of Petitions, Applications, Affidavits, Memorandum of Appeal Contract/ Services Agreement & other related matters etc.

e) Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc. are essential.

4. Remuneration: 

a) 1st Year - Rs 50,000 per month (inclusive for all)

b) 2nd Year - Rs. 55,000 per month (inclusive of all)

Selection Procedure

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and called for interview.

2. The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis. Applications in response to this advertisement shall be shortlisted on the basis of अनुभव and qualifications as mentioned above.

3. The Law officers shall be selected from short listed candidates by the competent Authority. The decision of the Competent Authority on the basis of personal interview by a selection committee shall be final and binding. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.

4. The interested candidates may submit an application along with Copies of educational qualification and अनुभव certificates as per the format enclosed.
