अनुभव (अनुभव): 3-5 years अनुभव in Secretarial role in Banking/Financial industry or hospitality sector is preferred

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walk-in-interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and Contact Number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment project. IBA may send call letters for Personal interview and/or Selection Process on the registered EmailID. În case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying.

2. Candidates shall be required to apply to the position/s only through the link : (https://career.iba.org.in/). Applications received through any other source shall be not accepted.

3. The name of the candidate should be mentioned correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets

4. Any change/ alteration found at a later stage may disqualify the candidature. Candidates shall also be required to upload passport size photograph and signature as per the size mentioned in the link.

5. An acknowledgement number shall be generated on submission of the application. Candidates should keep a note of the acknowledgement number for future reference.

6. Applications once submitted shall be considered final and no amendments shall be permitted. Therefore, candidates should take due care before submitting the applications.

7. The last date and time for receipt of the application shall be Tuesday, 31.05.2022, 5.00 p.m.

भारतीय बैंक संघ (अंग्रेज़ी:इण्डियन बैंक्स एसोसियेशन, लघु:IBA), की स्थापना २६ सितंबर १९४६ को, भारत से संचालित होने वाली ;भारत में बैंकिंग प्रबंधन हेतु एक प्रतिनिधि संस्था के रूप में, भारतीय बैंकों एवं वित्तीय संस्थानों ने की थी। इसमें आरंभ में १९४६ के २२ भारतीय बैंक सदस्य थे। वर्तमान में इसमें भारत में संचालित होने वाली लगभग १५० कंपनियां सदस्य हैं। इस संघ की स्थापना भारतीय बैंकिंग के विकास, समन्वयन एवं मजबूत बनाने के उद्देश्य से की गयी थी। साथ ही इसका उद्देश्य सदस्य बैंकों की विभिन्न प्रकार से सहायता करना, नये प्रकार की प्रणालियों की स्थापना करना एवं सदस्यों में नये मानकों को स्वीकार करने की स्थापना करवाना भी था। भारतीय बैंक संघ का प्रबंधन एक समिति द्वारा होता है। इस समिति के वर्तमान सदस्यों में एक अध्यक्ष (वर्तमान सदस्य एम डी माल्या)) होता है। पूर्व उल्लेखनीय अध्यक्षगणों में वी पी शेट्टी एवं एम वी नायर रहे हैं। इनके अलावा चार उपाध्यक्ष, एक मानद सचिव एवं ३१ सदस्य होते हैं।
