शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Attendant and Technician (Trainee): Matriculation with full time ITI/NAC from NCVT in Electrician trade only from Govt. recognized Institute.

Operator and Technician (Boiler Operation):
1. Matriculation with 03 years (full time) diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Power Plant or Production or Instrumentation Engineering discipline from Govt. recognized institute.
2. First class Boiler Attendant certificate of Competency.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
25,070-38,920/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 30 Years.

बर्नपुर स्थित इस्को स्टील प्लांट एक एकीकृत इस्पात कारख़ाना है और इसमें प्रति वर्ष 42.6 लाख टन विक्रेय तथा 25.4 लाख टन कच्चा लोहा तैयार करने की क्षमता है। भूतपूर्व इंडियन आइरन एंड स्टील कंपनी, (आईआईएससीओ) का, जो पहले स्टील अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (सेल) की एक 100% सहायक कंपनी थी, 16 फरवरी 2006 को स्वामी कंपनी में विलय कर दिया गया था।

इस्को में अनेक प्रकार की संरचनाएं और विशेष सेक्शन तथा कच्चा लोहा तैयार किया जाता है। इस कारखाने में माल डिब्बों को बनाने में प्रयोग किए जाने वाले सील-ज़ेड सेक्शन और बांध, पुलों आधार व अन्य परियोजनाओं तथा खदानों के आर्च और उनकी छत को सहारा देने के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाले ज़ेड-किस्म की शीट पाइलिंग सेक्शन बनाने शुरू किए गए। यहाँ छोटे व्यास के राउंड (10 मिमी और टीएमटी) भी विकसित किए गए हैं। इनकी स्वदेशी बाज़ार में भारी मांग है।
