4. Educational Qualification: 

a) Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University, National Defence Academy or open university recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

b) Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

c) i) B.E/ B Tech /Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduation in Information Technology /Computer Science/Digital Banking from a University/ Institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Or

ii) Graduation in Science and Masters in Computer Application or Post Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies in Information Technology /Computer Science/Digital Banking.

d) Graduate with Accountancy and/or Taxation as core subjects with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having CA/Post-Graduate / MBA (Finance, Taxation)/ ICWA/CFA etc.

e) Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology (IT) /Electronics & Communications with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies Desired – Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) / Certification in Data Analytics/SAS/Python/Project Management/ Information Technology domain - Digital Banking and/or channels.

5. अनुभव: 

a) Minimum 3 years of अनुभव as an officer with at least 2 years should have been a Commissioned Officer of the rank of Officer in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force/ Para-military forces including officers from Short Service Commission (SSC) or from BFSI, having relevant अनुभव in functional area. (Note – Officers of Armed Forces/Para-military forces having अनुभव solely in accounts, administrative or support functions will not be considered.)

b) Minimum 3 years‟ अनुभव as an Officer in BFSI/Financial Technology Sector. अनुभव in fraud Risk Management of: (A) Digital Banking Channels and Payment Eco System (viz. Card Related Business- Acquiring/Issuing, Mobile & Internet Banking, UPI etc.); (B) Treasury or Trade Finance.

c) Minimum 3 years of work अनुभव as an officers in BFSI/ FinTech/ Information Technology companies dealing in Digital Banking Products or Technology or Digital Payment Products or Technology.

d) Minimum 3 years‟ अनुभव in BFSI with at least 2 years‟ अनुभव in preparing Final accounts, Balance Sheet preparation, Tax assessment, GST/ Service Tax/ VAT Return preparation and/or filing, GST Audit, Statutory & Tax Auditors etc.

e) Minimum 3 years‟ अनुभव as Officer position in BFSI/FinTech/ Large Information Technology Services Organizations. Out of which 2 years‟ relevant work अनुभव must be in the related functional area.

4. Educational Qualification: 

a) Graduation (B.Tech/B.E in Civil/ Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduations in Civil Engineering from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

b) i) Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Masters‟ Degree in Hindi or in English or in Sanskrit in Hindi from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Or

ii) Graduation Degree from a recognized University with English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Masters‟ Degree in any stream with Hindi as a medium from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

c) Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Masters/ Post Graduate in any stream from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

5. अनुभव: 

a) Minimum 6 years of अनुभव as an officer in BFSI and/or Large Corporates from Real Estate sector, with at least 3 years अनुभव in handling Civil/Electrical/ Engineering activities including tendering process, maintenance of office building/ quarters & work related to setting up of new branches/offices.

b) Minimum 6 years‟ अनुभव as an officer in BFSI with at least 3 years of translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa. अनुभव of handling and promoting Hindi as a working language in BFSI/PSUs/Central Govt. /State Govt. would be preferred. Or Minimum 6 years of अनुभव of translation work from English to Hindi or viceversa in reputed newspaper/ advertising agency/ media house/ Publication Group.

c) Minimum 6 years‟ अनुभव as Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) / Financial Technology Sector. Out of which minimum 3 years‟ अनुभव in Fraud Risk Management of Digital Banking Channels and Payment Eco System (viz. Card Related Business - Acquiring / Issuing, Mobile & Internet Banking, UPI etc.)

d) Minimum 6 years of work अनुभव as an officers in BFSI/ FinTech/ Information Technology companies dealing in Digital Banking Products or Technology or Digital Payment Products or Technology.

4. Educational Qualification: 

a) i) Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Masters‟ Degree in Hindi or English or in Sanskrit with Hindi from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Or

ii) Graduation Degree from a recognized University with English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. d) Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology (IT) /Electronics & Communications with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications Desirable – Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) / Certification in Data Analytics/SAS/Python/ Project Management/ IT Domain - Digital Banking and/or channels.

e) Graduation in Law with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having Master‟s Degree in Law.

5. अनुभव: 

a) Minimum 10 years‟ अनुभव as an officer in BFSI with at least 5 years of translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa. Preferably as a Rajbhasha Officer in BFSI/PSUs/Central Govt./State Govt.

b) Minimum 10 years‟ अनुभव as BFSI / Financial Technology Sector. Out of which minimum 5 years‟ अनुभव in Fraud Risk Management of Digital Banking Channels and Payment Eco System (viz. Card Related BusinessAcquiring / Issuing, Mobile & Internet Banking, UPI, AePS etc.).

c) Minimum 10 years of work अनुभव as an officers in BFSI/ FinTech/Information Technology companies dealing in Digital Banking Products or Technology or Digital Payment Products or Technology.

d) Minimum 10 years‟ अनुभव at middle level management position in BFSI/Fin-Tech/ Large Information Technology Services Organizations. Out of which 5 years‟ relevant work अनुभव must be in the related functional area

e) Minimum 10 years of अनुभव as a practicing Advocate or law officer in Banking and Financial Service of which at least 5 years should be as a practicing Advocate or as an officer in BFSI/ARCs/ Law Firm.

Selection Procedure

1. The selection process for aforesaid post/position will comprise of preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of Age, Educational Qualifications and working अनुभव etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form and documents in support. The Candidature after preliminary screening and without verification of documents would be provisional for all Posts/ Grades and would be subject to verification with the originals.

2. Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection and provisional selection etc.

3. The Bank reserves its right to call any number of candidates for selection process at its sole discretion and/or as per the Banks requirement. Adequate candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualification, अनुभव and overall suitability for selection process. Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process i.e. Personal Interview (PI) and merely applying /being eligible for the post does not entitle any right to the candidate to be called for the selection process.

4. The venue, time and date for selection process will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through notification on Bank‟s website and/or call letter through Registered Email/SMS. Request for change of center /date/time etc. shall not be entertained/ considered. However, the Bank reserves its right to change/ add/ cancel the date, time, venue for the selection process at its discretion. The changes, if any, would be suitably advised to the candidates by notification on Bank's website or as decided by the Bank.

5. Have a valid personal email-id and mobile number, which should be kept active till the completion of भर्ती Process. The Bank may send call letters for the examination and/ or other information to the registered email-id/ mobile number. In case of non-receipt of the communication/information due to technical defect, error or failure, the Bank shall not be responsible for the same. Candidates are advised not to change their email-id/ mobile number till the recruitment process is completed

6. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification & अनुभव will not vest any right in candidate being called for PI. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for PI shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regards.

7. The candidates who are not cleared /selected in PI will not be considered for subsequent selection process. The qualifying marks for selection will be decided by the Bank and candidates would be advised suitably. Bank‟s decision would be binding on the candidates and no separate communication will be sent to the non-selected candidates.

8. The final selection of candidate is subject to fulfilling the stipulated eligibility criteria as on the cut-off date, qualifying in selection process, being declared medically fit as per the Bank‟s medical standards of fitness and subject to satisfactory Reference/ Background check.

9. In case, more than one candidate scores similar cut off marks in a PI, such candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their age in descending order. The selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of marks/ score obtained in PI.

10. Mere eligibility, qualification/participation in selection process does not imply that the Bank is satisfied beyond doubt about the candidate's eligibility and it shall not vest any right in a candidate for selection/appointment.

a) The Bank would be free to reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of recruitment process, if he/she is found to be ineligible and/or furnished incorrect or false information/ certificates/ documents or has suppressed any material facts and the fees paid by the ineligible candidates shall be forfeited. If appointed, candidate may be terminated from the services of the Bank.
