3. Essential requirement and eligibility: Technical personnel who were appointed at entry level post of तकनीकी सहायक (T-3) Category-II with at least 05 years service (including two years of probation period on initial appointment) on regular basis in pay level 5 in any ICAR Units

4. Eligibility Criteria: Officials who were appointed at entry level post of तकनीकी सहायक (T-3) Category-II. The employees should have completed five years of service after their initial appointment on the date of notification of calling of applications i.e. 4h March, 2022 except in cases where request is on medical/working spouse grounds. (If applied on Medical/Working Spouse Grounds necessary certificate should be enclosed as per council's letter dated 19.03.2020)

In continuation to this Office letter of even no. dated 03.03.2022, it is informed that the last date for receipt of application for filling up the following vacant posts of तकनीकी सहायक (T-3) on transfer on permanent absorption basis at ICAR Hqrs., has been extended up to 18.04.2022.

1. It is requested that the vacancies may please be circulated amongst the eligible and desirous candidates working at your Institute/Regional Station who are fulfilling the requisite eligible conditions to enable them to apply for the same on the proforma given overleaf. Applications of only such candidate(s) who can be relieved immediately in the event of their selection for the above posts may please be forwarded alongwith following document before the closing date

a) Initial appointment letter for the post of तकनीकी सहायक (T-3) issued by their respective Institutes.

b) APAR dossiers for the last five years.

c) Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate.

d) A statement of major/minor penalty, if any, imposed on the applicant during the last five years.

e) Any other relevant document.

कृषि अनुसंधान एवं शिक्षा विभाग, कृषि मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के तहत भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद एक स्वायत्तशासी संस्था है। रॉयल कमीशन की कृषि पर रिपोर्ट के अनुसरण में सोसाइटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1860 के तहत पंजीकृत और 16 जुलाई, 1929 को स्थापित इस सोसाइटी का पहले नाम इंपीरियल काउंसिल ऑफ एग्रीकल्चरल रिसर्च था। भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली स्थित है।

भारत वर्ष में बागवानी, मात्स्यिकी और पशु विज्ञान सहित कृषि के क्षेत्र में समन्वयन, मार्गदर्शन और अनुसंधान प्रबन्धन एवं शिक्षा के लिए परिषद सर्वोच्च निकाय है। देश भर में फैले 101 भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थानों और 71 कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों सहित यह विश्व में सर्वाधिक विस्तृत राष्ट्रीय कृषि पद्धति है।

भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद ने देश में हरित क्रांति लाने और उसके बाद कृषि में निरन्तर विकास में अपने अनुसंधान और प्रौद्योगिकी विकास से अग्रणी भूमिका निभाई है। जिससे वर्ष 1950-51से 2017-2018 खाद्यान्न का उत्पादन 5.6 गुणा, बागवानी फसलें 10.5 गुणा, मत्स्य उत्पादन 16.8 गुणा, दूध 10.4 गुणा और अंडा उत्पादन 10.4 गुणा बढ़ा है। राष्ट्रीय खाद्य और पोषण सुरक्षा पर इसका प्रत्यक्ष प्रभाव देखा जा सकता है। कृषि में उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्टता बढ़ाने में परिषद की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही है। विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विकास में यह अद्यतन क्षेत्रों में संलग्न है और इसके वैज्ञानिक अपने क्षेत्रों में अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय ख्याति प्राप्त हैं।
