शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
1. Assistant Manager (Civil): “Degree in Civil Engineering with 05 years अनुभव in a responsible capacity out of which 3 years अनुभव in Civil Construction and maintenance work, one should have been in a supervisory capacity”.

2. Medical Officer: MBBS from recognized University with minimum of 2-3 years of अनुभव in a Government Hospital or equivalent setup. Preference will be given to those who possess a certificate of Training in Industrial Health of Minimum of Three Months duration recognized by the State Govt.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 40 Years.

हिंदुस्तान इंसेक्टिसाइड्स लिमिटेड (एचआईएल), रसायन और पेट्रो रसायन विभाग, रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार का एक उद्यम है, इसकी स्‍थापना वर्ष मार्च, 1954 में, भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू किए गए राष्ट्रीय मलेरिया उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम को डीडीटी की आपूर्ति करने के उद्देश्य से की गई थी । इसके पश्‍चात्, कंपनी ने कृषि क्षेत्र की आवश्‍यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए एग्रो पेस्टिसाइड्स में विविधीकरण किया और वर्ष 2014-15 में 339.90 करोड़ रुपए के टर्नऑवर के साथ आगे बढ़ी । वर्तमान में कंपनी कृषि रसायनों, बीजों का कार्य कर रही है तथा हाल ही में उर्वरकों का कारोबार भी आरम्‍भ किया है, ताकि एक ही स्‍थान पर कृषक समुदाय की सभी आवश्‍यकताओं पूरा किया जा सके ।
