शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Assistant Chief:
1. Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied / relevant field.
2. Atleast a high second class Post Graduate Degree in Demography / Population Studies / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Sociology/ Geography / Psychology / Anthropology
3. Persons with P.G. Degrees other than Demography / Population Studies should have completed a minimum one-year regular course in Demography/ Population Studies at a recognized institution / University.
4. Not less than eight years of Training / Research अनुभव in Population Studies / Demography or conducting Socio-Economic Surveys / Demographic Surveys
5. Evidence of published work with a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
a. Must have passed the S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of Studies
b. Should have passed Typewriting English Higher Grade and Typewriting Tamil Lower Grade and
c. Knowledge of Computer operation.

Multi Task Staff (MTS):
1. Pass in VIII Standard;
2. Know cycling; and
3. Willing to work late hours.

Research Fellow: At least 2nd class post Graduate degree in Demography/Population Studies/Statistics/Economics/ Mathematics/Sociology from a recognized Institution/University.

21738-180500/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 55 years.

1959-64 के दौरान अठूर ब्लॉक में पायलट स्वास्थ्य परियोजना में उनके सफल अनुभवों के परिणामस्वरूप 1964 में गांधीग्राम ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण ट्रस्ट संस्थान। अपनी गतिविधियों के परिसीमन में गांधीवादी रचनात्मक कार्यक्रमों की अवधारणा को अपनाते हुए, परियोजना ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा को राष्ट्र के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण की स्थिति को स्थिर करने के लिए आशाजनक अवधारणा के रूप में अग्रसर किया। इन अग्रणी पहलों ने तमिलनाडु सरकार, भारत सरकार और फोर्ड फाउंडेशन को वर्ष 1964 में इस परियोजना को एक संस्था के रूप में मान्यता देने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
