शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Sc

Requires Principal Director, for सुगंध एवं सुरस विकास केंद्र (FFDC), Kannauj (Government of India Society under Ministry of MSME):

i. Applications are invited from the citizens of India for the above post, proposed to be filled up on contract basis for a period of 5 years initially with further extension, based on the review of performance till the age of superannuation. The details are as under:

1. Post Name: Principal Director, FFDC, Kannauj

2. Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry/ Botany/ Agronomy or degree in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engg./ Agriculture Engg. from a recognized University / Institution

3. Desirable: Doctoral degree in Chemistry / Botany / Agronomy or Post – Graduate degree in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engg./ Agricultural Engg. Or Post Graduate Diploma or degree in Management/ Computer Science.

4. अनुभव Essential:

15 years अनुभव in a responsible position in an Industrial Establishment / technical / R&D organization dealing with fine chemicals/ phytochemicals or aromatic and medicinal plants cultivation/processing or creation of fragrance/flavours, or quality management in phyto-chemicals and fine chemicals.

5. Preferable:

अनुभव in production/ R&D work/ teaching/ conducting training programmes in organizations dealing with aroma Chemicals, essentials oils, flavours & fragrances, aromatic & medicinal plants, spices and oleo resins. अनुभव in Human Resource and Financial Management, Industrial Relations and General Administration.

6. Scale of Pay Level-13 (as per 7th CPC)

7. Other Benefits: These posts besides basic pay, carry allowances as per Government Rules.

Fragrance & Flavour Development Centre (FFDC) has been set-up in the year 1991 by Ministry of MSME, Government of India with the assistance of UNDP / UNIDO and Government of Uttar Pradesh.

FFDC aims to serve as an interface between essential oil, fragrance and flavour industry and the R & D institutions both in the field of Agro Technology and chemical technology. Main objective of the centre is to serve, sustain and upgrade the status of farmers and industry engaged in the aromatic cultivation and its processing, so as to make them competitive both in local and global market.
