The भारत निर्वाचन आयोग proposes to obtain the services of 04 (four) डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरs (DEO) Grade ‘D’ in Level 06 [Rs. 35,400-112,400] of the Pay Matrix, 04 (four) डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरs (DEO) Grade ‘B’ in the Level 05 [Rs. 29,200-92,300]of the Pay Matrix and 07 (Seven) डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरs (DEO) Grade ‘A’ in the Level 04 [Rs. 25,500-81,100] of the Pay Matrix on deputation basis from amongst the following Officers under the Central Government: Name of Post: डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर (DEO) Grade ‘D’ 1. Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification/ अनुभव: (a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or (ii) With 6 (six) years service in डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर Grade ‘B’ on regular basis in Level-5 [Rs. 29,200-92,300] or equivalent in the parent cadre/department. (b) Possessing following minimum educational qualification: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Computer Science from a Recognized Board or equivalent and (ii) A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work. Name of Post: डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरs (DEO) Grade ‘B’ 1. Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification/ अनुभव: (a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or (ii) With 5 years service rendered in डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर Grade ‘A’ on regular basis in Level-04 [Rs. 25,500-81,100] or equivalent in the parent cadre/department. (b) Possessing following minimum educational qualification: (i) 12th pass in science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent. (ii) A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work. Name of Post: डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरs (DEO) Grade ‘A’ 1. Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification/ अनुभव: Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on qualifying in the Interview/Personal Talk conducted by the Commission. The candidates selected will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. No TA/DA or any other allowance shall be provided for Interview/Personal Talk.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Eligible and interested persons and whose services can be spared immediately by their parent office may apply, through proper channel in prescribed format, to the undersigned latest by 24.01.2022.
2. While forwarding the application in the prescribed format, it may be ensured that following documents are enclosed with the application:
(i) Attested copies of the Character Rolls of the person concerned for the last three years
(ii) Vigilance clearance and Integrity Certificate.
(iii) Statement of Penalties imposed, if any, during the last ten years.
3. Incomplete applications, in any form, will not be considered.
4. The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the circular/cancel the appointment process at any time without assigning any reason.

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (अंग्रेज़ी: Election Commission of India) एक स्वायत्त एवं अर्ध-न्यायिक संस्थान है जिसका गठन भारत में स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष रूप से विभिन्न से भारत के प्रातिनिधिक संस्थानों में प्रतिनिधि चुनने के लिए किया गया था। भारतीय चुनाव आयोग की स्थापना 25 जनवरी 1950 को की गयी थी। आयोग में वर्तमान में एक मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त और दो चुनाव आयुक्त होते हैं। जब यह पहले पहल 1950 में गठित हुआ तब से और 15 अक्टूबर, 1989 तक केवल मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त सहित यह एक एकल-सदस्यीय निकाय था। 16 अक्टूबर, 1989 से 1 जनवरी, 1990 तक यह आर. वी. एस. शास्त्री (मु.नि.आ.) और निर्वाचन आयुक्त के रूप में एस.एस. धनोवा और वी.एस. सहगल सहित तीन-सदस्यीय निकाय बन गया। 2 जनवरी, 1990 से 30 सितम्बर, 1993 तक यह एक एकल-सदस्यीय निकाय बन गया और फिर 1 अक्टूबर, 1993 से यह तीन-सदस्यीय निकाय बन गया।
