शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Candidates Should have a minimum MBBS pass degree from an institute recognized by the Indian Medical Council and with registration in Indian Medical Council, or with a valid registration certificate of any of the State Medical Councils of India after completion of one year of compulsory, rotatory Internship.

भारतीय रेल की एक महत्वपूर्ण रेलवे पूर्व तट रेलवे 1 अप्रैल 2003 से अपने वर्तमान रूप में अस्तित्व में आया। उसी दिन से, यह नया क्षेत्रीय रेल मुख्यालय ओडि़शा राज्य की राजधानी भुवनेश्वर में कार्य कर रहा है। इस रेलवे का भौगलिक क्षेत्र तीन राज्यों में व्याप्त है। इसके कार्यक्षेत्र में ओड़शा के लगभग सभी भाग, पूर्वोत्तर आन्ध्रप्रदेश के श्रीकाकूलम, विजयनगरम एवं विशाखापत्तनम जिले तथा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के बस्तर और दन्तेवाड़ा जिले शामिल हैं। लंबे तटीय क्षेत्र वाला यह इलाका खनिज एवं प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है तथा औद्योगिक विस्तार की दहलीज पर है।
