शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Graduate

Applications are invited from the eligible officials of this Court/ establishment for filling up of 10 vacant posts of Junior Judicial Assistant (Group -C. Non Gazetted)/ Restore under 20% departmental quota, in level-5 of Pay Matrix (as per 7h Central Pay Commission) in terms of Schedule B of Group C at SI. No. 23 to the Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, which read as under

1. Name of the Post: Junior Judicial Assistant

2. No of Post: 10

3. वेतन: PB-1-5200-20200+2800/-

4. Qualification:

a) Graduate with typing speed of not less than 40 words per minute on Computer.

b) By promotion from members of the Establishment of this Court.

(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board from the category of Head Jamadar/ Daftri.

(ii) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board having five years service from the categories of Book Binder/ Peon/ Orderly/ Dak-Peon/ Farash Farash-cum-Dak Messenger/ Chowkidar/ Maali/ Sweeper Safai Karamchari.

They should have knowledge of English and speed of not less than 35 w.p.m in typewriting.

Selection Procedure

a) The final select/ merit list of recommendations for appointment would be as per the total marks scored in Objective/ MCQ Test and Interview subject to clearance of Vigilance Report.

b) Scheme of Examination for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant

c) Stage - 1

1. A typing test shall be conducted in the first stage for the candidates applied for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant through departmental quota.

2. The Typing Test would consist of typewriting test in English on computer for 10 minutes duration. In order to quality the typing test, the candidates are required to have a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m

3. The Typing Test would be qualifying only and no marks would be awarded in this test.

4. The candidates will be called for objective/ MCQ Test (Stage-2) after they successfully quality the Typing Test

d) Stage - 2

1. After yping lest an Objectivel MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) Test of 100 marks will be conducted having 100 Questions of 1 mark and there would be no negative marking. There shall be no rounding off of marks at any stage of Examination. The Examination will be of 02 hours. The Examination would consist of four(4) parts, i.e., General Knowledge (including Current Afairs), General Mathematics & Reasoning, General English and Functioning of Court Work/ General Hindi.

2. The candidates who will qualifies the typing test and score 50% for General Category i.e. 50 Marks (50% of 100 marks)' and 45% for Reserved Category i.e. 45 Marks (45% of 100 marks) in the Objectiyel MCQ Test-shal , be, called for interview (Stage 3)

e) Stage - 3: The qualified candidates of Stage-2 would be called for Interview which would be of 15 marks. The minimum passing marks for General Category candidates shall be 5 marks and for Reserved Category candidates it shall be 4 maks.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

The candidates who fulfill the requisite qualification, "service and desire to appear in the Departmental Test (written test as well as Typing Test) may submit their applications giving full particulars in the prescribed enclosed proforma, the said Performa must reach this office within 10 working days upto 05:00 PM. No application will be entertained thereafter.
