दामोदर घाटी निगम (Damodar Valley Corporation या DVC) भारत का बहूद्देश्यीय नदी घाटी परियोजना है। निगम ७ जुलाई १९४८ को स्वतंत्र भारत की प्रथम बहूद्देशीय नदी घाटी परियोजना के रूप में, अस्तित्व में आया। भारत के जनमानस की धरोहर, डीवीसी, का उद्भव, उच्छृंखल तथा अनियमित दामोदर नदी को नियंत्रित करने के लिए शताब्दी से अधिक तक किये गये प्रयासों के संचयन के रूप में हुआ था। यह नदी बिहार (अब झारखंड) तथा पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यों को आवृत्त करते हुए २५,००० वर्ग किमी के क्षेत्र में फैली हुई है।
