शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Technical Assistant Grade-II (Field) [Trainee]: B.Sc. (Agriculture) or allied Sciences.

Field Assistant Grade-I (Trainee): Matric with certificate or Diploma in Agriculture OR Should have passed 10+2/Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering/ T.D.C. part I with Agriculture or Science in 2nd Division. Person with higher qualification in Agriculture can be considered for higher start in the grade.

Veterinary Pharmacist (Trainee): Should have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination from the Board recognized by the State Govt. and also should have passed the Matriculation examination with Science from the Board recognized by the State Govt.

Clerk (Trainee): 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University. Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi typing on computer.

Laboratory Attendant (Trainee): 10+2 with Science or any other examination equivalent to 10+2 with Science or Matric with 2 years अनुभव in a Science Laboratory.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Minimum 18 Years.

Application Fee: Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred & fifty only) for Un-reserved category candidates and Rs. 188/- (Rupees one hundred and eighty eight only) for reserved category candidates.

Kangra (H.P.) -176062 latest by 08.08.2025 upto 5.00 PM, however, for the candidates residing in Lahaul & Spiti District, Kinnaur District, Pangi & Bharmour Sub- Divisions of Chamba District and Dodra Kwar Sub-Division of Shimla District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of applications is 23.08.2025 upto 5.00 PM. If the last date fixed for receipt of applications happened to be holiday, then the applications shall be received on next working day.

हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि विश्व विद्यालय (जून, 2001 में चौधरी सरवन कुमार हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि विश्व विद्यालय के रूप में बदला गया) 1 नवंबर, 1978 को स्थापित किया गया था। कृषि महाविद्यालय (मई, 1966 में स्थापित) ने नए कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के केंद्र का गठन किया। यह आईसीएआर से मान्यता प्राप्त और आईएसओ 9001:2015 प्रमाणित संस्थान है। भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद ने इस विश्वविद्यालय को देश के सभी कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों में चौदहवें स्थान पर रखा है।
